How It Started
Ispillice was started by Andrea C. (that’s me!) during her gap year from university at UCLA in 2021. It started with posting daily videos and photos on Instagram of all the yummy homecafe creations, which grew to 80,000 followers.
She took a little break from posting after returning to finish her degree, graduating, and eventually traveling the world for two and a half years (30+ countries).
— Now —
Now, she’s back, sharing her cafe creations with the world in multiple formats, like this blog. She enjoys making cafe-inspired drinks at home and experimenting with different flavors, ingredients, and methods.
She welcomes you to look through some recipes and videos and see what inspires your next creation. Because we all need something to help us enjoy life simply.
